The first quarter of 2025 has been a busy one at Timberlane, and we are excited to introduce two new members of the team!

Spencer Tucker is our new Construction Project Manager, bringing extensive real estate and construction experience from One Trent, Compass General Construction, and beyond. With a background in architecture, Spencer also adds a keen sense of design that enhances our projects.

John Walker has come aboard as a Development & Acquisitions Associate with experience from Unico, Teutsch, and Trinity. His track record in capital deployment across various asset classes makes him a fantastic addition to the team.
