Brianna oversees and optimizes investment strategies across the firm’s diverse real estate portfolio. Prior to Timberlane, Brianna was an SVP overseeing Acquistions/AM for the Mountain Northwest region at Artemis Real Estate Partners, a real estate investment manager with over $11 billion in AUM. Brianna started her career on the acquisitions team with The JBG Companies.

Brianna earned her BA from Brown University, where she competed in varsity cross country and track. She’s actively engaged in ULI SSDC Gold and NAIOP Forum. In her free time, Brianna can be found trail running or hiking with her husband, son and their two dogs.

As Senior Associate, Corporate Development and FP&A, Vince supports Timberlane’s growth through strategic planning, financial modeling, and cross-team initiatives. Over his 3.5 years with the firm, he has become known for his thoughtful, creative, and solution-oriented approach, consistently taking on complex requests and collaborating across teams to move multi-faceted projects forward efficiently.

In his current role, Vince focuses on building out systems and structures within corporate finance, providing the financial insight and modeling necessary for disciplined capital allocation and strategic decision-making.

Vince earned a BA from the University of San Diego with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate. His prior experience in acquisitions, development, and capital markets complements his broad understanding of the real estate investment process.

Based in Los Angeles, Vince enjoys playing golf, attending sporting events, live music, and traveling.
